Partner

90Ten partners with a select group of brokers across the US and allows them to invest alongside our group on a deal-by-deal basis. Unlike other investment firms, our sponsorship has a willingness and desire to share more upside with the brokers who are adding a tremendous amount of influence. We are recreating the way brokers monetize their value and providing an investment vehicle that allows for collaboration between competitive brokerage firms.

Collaborate

Brokers bring 90Ten investment opportunities, keep the entirety of their fees, and have the ability to participate in co-GP and LP opportunities. Our model allocates 10% of the GP for the broker that brings our group an investment opportunity and another 10% of the GP for the broker that provides the tenant-solution. 90Ten will earn 80% of the GP for executing the entire business plan, fundraising, debt securitization, closing, etc.

Brokers are contributing the same amount of value and work as they typically would, but significantly multiply their earning potential in the transaction.

Aligned Investment

Our brokerage partners are offered LP investment opportunity via exposure to deals across the country created by the 90Ten platform. Our model is creating an ecosystem for brokers to partake in deals across the US that their peers are sourcing, while aligning interests with their clients. With brokers investing in the real estate, they are now more incentivized to ensure deal structures create long-term success for the tenants they represent.
